A Note About Contacting the Monitoring Team
If you are experiencing an emergency, need to report a crime, or require law enforcement assistance, you should call 9-1-1 or contact the BPD directly.
The Monitoring Team does not, and cannot, investigate individual incidents or events. If the comments that you share with us suggest the possibility of officer misconduct, the Monitoring Team has an obligation to forward them for review and potential investigation.
The Monitoring Team cannot specifically respond to all comments or views received. This does not mean, however, that the Monitoring Team is not closely reviewing all community input received here – it is.
Mondays and Fridays, 11:00 – 7:00, at Baltimore Community Mediation Center, 3333 Greenmount Ave.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:00 – 5:00, at the Monitoring Team’s office at 7 E. Redwood Street, 6th Floor, Room #616
Team members or representatives will be available according to this schedule. Federal, state, and local holidays may impact the schedule from time to time. Please contact the Monitoring Team in advance, by phone or via email, if you would like to confirm whether the office is open on a particular day.
Although we welcome anonymous feedback, providing more information about who you are and where you live assists the Monitoring Team in considering your comments.
