BPD will "designate an officer at the rank of Sergeant or above to act as a Crisis Intervention Coordinator ("Coordinator") to better facilitate communication between BPD and members of the behavioral health provider community and to increase the effectiveness of BPD’s crisis intervention program." BPD will submit a memorandum documenting compliance with the requirement.
